Martek's 1110U Magazine Un-loader and 1110D Magazine Loader sets the standard for high capacity, small footprint Magazine Handling Equipment. These Magazine Handlers are SMEMA compatible and can be configured for many different types of magazines. Sizes can range from as little as 2in. up to 6in. in width and lengths of up to 12 in. Martek has experience feeding all types of devices from small packages on Auer type or Machined Carriers to individual PCB’s and Ceramic Substrates. Martek uses heavy duty welded steel frame construction for maximum rigidity and reliability. Special features of the machine are the ability to load and unload magazines on the fly for uninterrupted production or to pause the machine for reloading. A pitch selector switch allows you to choose to feed or load from every slot, every other slot or every third slot giving you immediate flexibility to handle different size parts.
